1. Delivery terms
Standard delivery is FOB Hai Phong. We can also arrange CIF / CFR to your destination port. Risk transfers according to the Incoterm in your contract.
2. Production lead time
Typical lead time is 20–30 days after deposit and drawing approval. Large or complex orders may need longer; the confirmed date is shown on your PI.
3. Packing
- Bags are pressed into bales (usually 50–200 pcs per bale) or palletised and stretch-wrapped.
- Each bale is labelled with order number, bag type and quantity.
- Loading plans maximise container capacity.
4. Shipping documents
We provide a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading. Certificate of origin and other documents are available on request.
5. Delays and force majeure
We inform you promptly of any delay. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, port congestion, carrier schedule changes or government action.
