1. Ordering process
- Send your enquiry with product, load per bag, bag size, quantity and destination.
- We reply with a quotation and technical drawing.
- Samples can be sent for approval before the order.
- Order is confirmed by a signed proforma invoice (PI) or purchase order.
- Production starts after the deposit is received and the drawing is approved.
2. Quotations
Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise, because PP resin prices change. Prices are quoted in USD on FOB Hai Phong terms; CIF and other Incoterms are available on request.
3. Minimum order quantity
MOQ depends on the bag design, fabric and printing. As a guide, custom orders start from one 40ft container. Trial orders may be accepted for new customers.
4. Payment terms
- T/T: 30% deposit with the order, 70% balance against copy of the bill of lading.
- L/C: irrevocable L/C at sight from a first-class bank, for larger orders.
- Bank charges outside Vietnam are paid by the buyer.
5. Changes and cancellation
Changes to design or quantity are possible before materials are cut. Once production has started, cancellation may result in charges for materials and work already completed, and the deposit may be non-refundable.
These terms are a general guide. The signed PI or contract for each order prevails.
